Frequently Asked Questions

What staff will I see during my stay?

Our arrival & departure processes are contactless, but our property manager and/or front desk staff are available 24/7 during your stay.

Why do I have to sign a rental agreement?

The rental agreements serve to protect the property and its contents, as well as to facilitate seamless check-ins for each guest, ensuring the unit remains undamaged between bookings. They also aim to maintain the safety and pleasant atmosphere of the property by minimizing excessive noise or smoking inside the building. Unlike in a traditional boutique hotel where guests sign a registration form upon arrival, our contactless system requires all agreements to be completed electronically prior to your arrival.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in starts at 4pm, and check-out is at 10am.

Do you offer early arrival or late checkout?

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for your stay for an additional fee of $300 for a 12pm arrival or $200 for a 2pm arrival. A late departure of 12pm would be an additional fee of $200  (an extra 2 hours).  Unfortunately, we are unable to store luggage pre- or post-stay, so if you need to guarantee an earlier arrival or later departure, we recommend booking the night before or after in order to guarantee anything earlier than the 2pm arrival or later than a 12pm departure.

Can you hold luggage?

Unfortunately, we are unable to securely hold luggage prior to check-in or after check-out.

Do you have a gym on property?

We do not have a gym or fitness center on property, but the New Orleans Athletic Club is only a few blocks away and offers day passes.  https://neworleansathleticclub.com/membership

Do you have parking?

If you are driving in and parking a vehicle, we do not offer on-site parking.  We recommend a Park First parking lot located at 740 Baronne St, lot #1150. Cost per night varies based on demand in the city.

Can I smoke inside?

No smoking is allowed indoors.

I'm bringing a pet, what is the pet fee and where can I walk my pet?

The pet fee is $135 for up to 2 pets.

How do you recommend we get around town?

The streetcar stop is just one block away. We are also walking distance to the French Quarter.

What is the closest grocery store?
